During your Home Care Readiness Visit you will meet with one of our experienced healthcare professionals to discuss your loved one's care needs and learn how KalCare can support your family.
Step 2: Complete Your Home Care Readiness Packet
Once your visit has been scheduled, please complete your secure Home Care Readiness Packet using the "GET STARTED" Button at the top of this page.
Providing this information before your visit allows our clinical team to review your loved one's needs in advance, ensuring we arrive prepared to offer personalized recommendations.
